If you’re wondering why there has been so much fuss about Oasis of the Seas, the largest cruise ship in the world, which is welcoming its first guests this week, take a look at this cutaway drawing showing the innovative features on board. (Click on it to get a bigger version).
Last night Rihanna performed a knock-out concert in the ship’s open-air Aqua Theatre, and breakfast TV show Good Morning America was broadcast live from the ship today.
I shall be flying to Fort Lauderdale on Monday and will be reporting from the ship from Tuesday, as we take a three-day cruise to nowhere.
