You’ll have to convince me and Cruise Critic‘s editor-in-chief, Carolyn Spencer-Brown, because we’ll be judging the competition. The winner can take a guest on a two-night preview sailing from Rome on July 30.
And you only have a few words to describe your favourite innovation, because contest entries must be made via Twitter.
The ship will feature a host of exclusive new features including the Lawn Club Grill – the cruise industry’s first outdoor interactive grill (above); The Hideaway – a high-tech, tree house-like location for guests to relax inside (below); the Alcoves – private cabanas overlooking a real grass lawn on the top deck; and the Art Studio – a space where experienced and aspiring artists can participate in hands-on instruction from experts in drawing and painting.
Other features include quirky dining at the hands-on Qsine restaurant to quintessentially English champagne afternoon teas.

The Twitter competition to win a chance to be on board the new Celebrity Silhouette on a two-night inaugural celebration cruise from Rome (Civitavecchia) is open to UK and Ireland residents over 18 with a valid passport. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. There is no cash alternative, and the winner and one guest must be available to travel on 30 July, 31 July and 1 August 2011. Prize includes return flights (economy class) from London Heathrow to Rome, return transfers from airport to ship, and meals and drinks on board. Winner must be willing to take part in publicity photographs.
