Funchal’s annual New Year fireworks were as spectacular as ever, although don’t blame me if you get a little bit seasick watching them from this video (above).
And for those wondering what a symphony for ship’s whistles would sound like, here’s a recording of the event, which involved P&O’s Azura, Cunard’s Queen Victoria, Fred Olsen’s Boudicca, Thomson Majesty, AIDAbella and AIDAsol.
