Magic comes home to Venice

/, Cruise Ships/Magic comes home to Venice

disneymagicvenice.jpgCruise ship Disney Magic came home this week. The ship, which was built in the Marghera yard near Venice 15 years ago, sailed into La Serenissima for the first of two visits this year, and it will return on three more occasions in 2014.
Its arrival coincided almost exactly with the date when Magic left Venice for the first time on July 1, 1998.
Almost 3,000 passengers spent the night in port and a lucky few were treated to a spectacular after-hours tour of the Doge’s Palace.
