To the Caribbean at the end of November for a chance to get away from grim, grey Britain, and sip rum punch under the bluest of skies. We sailed on P&O’s Ventura where we chatted with Marco Pierre White in his White Room restaurant, and had dinner with Commodore Steve Burgoine in the East restaurant. It’s a tough job, but someone’s got to do it.
