The year in pictures – 6

//The year in pictures – 6

To the Caribbean at the end of November for a chance to get away from grim, grey Britain, and sip rum punch under the bluest of skies. We sailed on P&O’s Ventura where we chatted with Marco Pierre White in his White Room restaurant, and had dinner with Commodore Steve Burgoine in the East restaurant. It’s a tough job, but someone’s got to do it.
Here are a few pictures of Ventura and some of the other cruise ships which make the Caribbean their winter home. First, two shots of her alongside Carnival Splendor at Grand Turk.

And with Eurodam at Tortola, in the British Virgin Islands. I’ll be back at this very pier on board Eurodam in March. Can’t wait.

    Hi You are the lucky one. Your piccies are fabulous and only remind me of what I missed. I was on the Christmas and New Year Cruise aboard Ventura and missed all three of these ports due to strong winds.
